The coaching programs are designed for people over 40 who are struggling with physical, emotional or behavioral challenges and are ready to explore and embrace the concept of CHANGE through lifestyle and eventually food habits shifts.


I offer a surprising combination of Shiatsu and the sound of Tibetan singing bowls to enhance well-being and relaxation together with harmonious regeneration and repair of the body.
