Online Yoga Classes Health Disclaimer

 

INTEGRA BODY MIND offers online classes of Hatha yoga, Flow yoga, Postural yoga and Yoga nidra/meditation.

You understand and agree

  1. Any information or guidance provided by INTEGRA BODY MIND is not a substitute for your doctor or healthcare provider’s consultation, diagnosis, and/or medical treatment.
  2. It is up to you to assess your readiness and suitability for the online yoga class you have selected to participate in.
  3. The classes are designed for people who enjoy overall good health; HOWEVER,  if you are pregnant, have a chronic illness, physical injury or medical conditions,  you are strongly advised to consult your doctor and obtain clearance before enrolling in any class. It is your responsibility entirely to do.
  4. The lessons can be suitable also for pregnant women, provided you follow the practitioner’s recommended practice and direction during the class.
  5. The practice of Yoga asanas requires you, as the yoga practitioner, to determine and gauge the safety of yoga practice of yoga asanas within your personal physical limitations.
  6. During the Yoga class, you will receive information about the benefit of asanas to physical and mental well-being and the effect of specific asanas on relief or management of pain in different parts of the body.   This information is provided for general education and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
  7. At any time you experience a personal health or pain issue, you are required to seek the assistance and advice of a qualified medical practitioner.
