Life often presents constraints and discomforts that highlight where we are not free.

However, the need to address these challenges, regardless of the complexity of the situation, becomes unavoidable at some point.

My coaching programs are designed for people over 40 who are struggling with physical, emotional or behavioural challenges and are ready to explore and embrace the concept of CHANGE through lifestyle and eventually food habits shifts.

6- or 12-weeks 60-minute online coaching sessions (Zoom or Skype).

Weekly meetings are recommended, but can be modified according to your needs.

Discovery call (30 minutes)
If you are interested in having holistic health, lifestyle and nutrition coaching sessions, but would like to discuss them beforehand, then the “discovery call” will give you the opportunity (this is what it’s for). It is free of charge.

During the call, I will explain how we can work together and how I can help you address your challenges, as well as answer any questions you may have about the coaching process.

Entry session for new clients (90 minutes)
Let’s start the journey! This is where we start together. The first session is devoted to reviewing the pre-coaching questionnaire (to be completed prior to the session), jointly assessing your challenges and difficulties, and clearly identifying areas to focus on. This way I can create the plan that best suits your needs.

Follow-up sessions (60 minutes)
During each follow-up session we review “homework,” use different tools and techniques to dissolve emotional blocks, building resilience to manage stress and reevaluate your needs and desires.
With my support and encouragement, you will have all the tools you need to redefine your goals so that they are aligned with your deepest desires. At the same time, you will be able to develop a sense of motivation and strength to achieve them.

This program is suitable for you if:

  • you find yourself in complex situations without seeing a way out
  • you want to invest in yourself, improve your awareness and learn to listen properly to your heart
  • you want to build a solid foundation for further improvements in life.

In general, in our meetings you will be guided to:

  • develop awareness as the first step in defining habit loops and understanding the connection between conscious and subconscious mind
  • learning to manage procrastination
  • start setting goals without attachment to outcomes, instead prioritizing small, doable steps to achieve them
  • understand how the voices of fear and negative internal dialogue can act against your true desires, blocking change
  • use meditation and breathing techniques to help you experience mindfulness
  • find out what your real aspirations are for optimal health and well-being.

This program is suitable for you if:

  • you find yourself having digestive problems related to poor eating habits and want to understand how to improve your relationship with food;
  • you struggle to overcome the vicious cycle of emotional eating;
  • you want to expand your knowledge about the foods that are most functional for you, supporting any nutritional program you already have in place or possibly provided by a nutrition professional.

In general, you will be guided in our meetings to help you:

  • learning to make more informed nutritional choices;
  • make room for the preparation of homemade food, rediscovering the pleasure of cooking with creativity;
  • understand the importance of having a healthy microbiota (all living organisms in our gut, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.) and how to feed it properly to prevent and address symptoms related to gut dysbiosis (imbalance and alteration of the microbiome);
  • gain a better understanding of what you eat and why, what you are hungry for (e.g., craving moments of sweetness instead of sweet foods), and how food often becomes a way to discharge emotions rather than to obtain nourishment;
  • achieve goals prescribed by health professionals such as dieticians, nutritionists, physicians and naturopaths;
